Pregnancy safe upper body workout that can be done safely at home with a couple of light-weight dumbbells. I use my 5 lbs dumbbells in this video. If you don’t have dumbbells at home, feel free to pick up some bean or soup cans, or a couple of plastic water bottles filled with water (or even better – sand). 😀
Always remember, consult with your physician before starting any type of exercise, especially in pregnancy. If you are all cleared to go, and decide to try this workout, listen to your body and do as many reps as you feel it’s good for you.
